Booking and deposits
- Appointments are booked through our online booking system, Aesthetic Nurse Software. Any deposit required is shown when you book and comes off the treatment price on the day.
- Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel an appointment.
- Late cancellations and missed appointments may mean a deposit is retained, as set out when you book.
Consultations and consent
- Every treatment is preceded by a consultation and written consent.
- Treatment may be declined where it is not clinically appropriate. A deposit is refunded in full where treatment is declined on clinical grounds.
- Nobody under 18 is treated for cosmetic purposes.
- Prescription-only treatments require a face-to-face assessment by the prescriber before a prescription can be issued.
Results
- Results vary between individuals. No specific outcome is guaranteed and none is promised.
- Review appointments after anti-wrinkle treatment are free. Additional product beyond the agreed plan is charged separately.
- Courses are priced as a course and are paid for in advance.
Payment
Payment in full is due on the day, less any deposit. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
Aftercare
Written aftercare is given at every appointment. Following it is your responsibility, and outcomes affected by not following it are not the clinic's liability. Contact the clinic immediately if you have a concern.
Liability
The clinic holds professional indemnity insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Avismo Skin online shop
Products bought online are sold by Avismo Aesthetics & Skin Ltd. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, and if an item turns out to be unavailable we refund you in full. Prices are in pounds sterling, delivery is charged as shown at checkout, and payment is taken by card through Wix Payments. Avismo Skin products are cosmetic skincare, not medicines: read the label before use. Delivery, your 14-day right to cancel and refunds are set out in our delivery and returns policy.
Gift cards
- Gift cards are e-gift vouchers, bought online through our booking system and emailed after purchase with a unique code.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used towards any treatment, consultation or Avismo Skin product, at the clinic or over the phone when booking.
- If a gift card is worth more than what it is used for, the balance stays on it until it expires. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Every client has a consultation before treatment. If a treatment is not suitable, the gift card can be used towards something that is.
- You can cancel an unused gift card within 14 days of buying it for a full refund. After that, gift cards are non-refundable.
- Please keep the gift card email safe and treat the code like cash. If it is lost, contact us with your order details and we will help.
