Faces rarely just drop. They lose support underneath first, and the skin on top follows. Good treatment restores what has gone rather than simply filling the shadow it leaves.

When this is not the answer. Where there is significant excess skin, injectables and energy devices will only go so far, and a consultation with a plastic surgeon may be the more honest route.
