Delivery

We post orders from our clinic at 28 Edison Road, St Ives, Cambridgeshire PE27 3LF, to UK addresses only.

Royal Mail Tracked 48, £5.99 per order. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days of posting. You will get tracking details by email when your order is posted.
Free collection from the clinic. Choose this at checkout, then come in to collect any time during our opening hours. It is best to give us a quick call on 07958 129660 first to check we are open. Bring your order number.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us by email at avismoaesthetics@gmail.com or by phone on 07958 129660, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

For health and hygiene reasons, skincare that has been opened, or had its seal broken, after delivery cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving them back, or proof that you have sent them, to your original payment method. Unless an item is faulty, you pay the cost of posting it back to us.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, replacement or repair, and we will cover the cost of returning it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you have a reaction

Stop using the product and contact the clinic. If the reaction is severe, call NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.
