    Fill in the short form below with the monthly amount and the date you would like your direct debit to go out.

    Sign and set up

    We send you the terms to sign and a direct debit form to complete. Please allow seven working days for setup.

    Credit builds up

    Your chosen amount is added to your account each month and stays there until you use it.

    Use it at your visits

    Your credit goes towards your treatments when you come in, so there is nothing to pay on the day.
