Prescription-only treatments
Assessed in person, by your prescriber
Some treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injections, use a prescription-only medicine. These are only prescribed after a face-to-face consultation with Karen, who is an independent nurse prescriber. That consultation is free, and there is no obligation to go ahead. If treatment is right for you, it takes place at a separate appointment on a different day, with Karen or Lorna.

Questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Treatment consultations and prescriber consultations are free, and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards. A skincare consultation with facial analysis is £40, which is redeemable when you spend £100 or more on skincare or treatments.
How do I book?

What should I bring?
A list of any medication and supplements you take, and details of any previous aesthetic treatment, including what was used and when if you know. Photographs of results you like, or do not like, can also help.
Will you take a medical history?
Yes, in full. Allergies, medication, medical conditions, previous treatments and what you are hoping to change. It is the part of the appointment that decides whether a treatment is safe and right for you.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
For some treatments, yes, if it is appropriate, there is time and you are comfortable to go ahead. Prescription-only treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injections, are never given on the day of your prescription consultation: treatment is booked for a different day. Some other treatments need a patch test first. There is never any pressure to decide on the day.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes. E-gift vouchers from £10 to £250 are bought online through our booking system, linked from our gift vouchers page, and can be used towards any treatment.
